The Meadowrig Limousin Herd is based in the Scottish Borders near Chirnside and has enjoyed considerable success since our humble beginnings in 2011. Our focus to date has been on the females, building our herd up to 100 breeding cows whose characteristics will see us through the next phase of introducing bulls who breed more muscle and conformation. We understand though that good bulls come out of good cows and we will always place an importance on the female traits only retaining strong, healthy and reliable breeders. We want to breed successful cattle and we wish all our customers every success with our breeding.
